Begin the morning at Laguna, where a relaxed lagoon-side setting pairs with a delicious breakfast. For lunch, Shore Club offers a laid-back beachfront experience, while Beach Bites brings casual favorites and refreshing drinks right to the sands of Palm Beach. Throughout the day, guests can also stop by Oscar’s Market in the main lobby for convenient grab-and-go snacks, beverages and coffee.
As evening falls, make your way across the illuminated bridge to Sunset Grille, a beloved island steakhouse for more than 60 years, where classic favorites meet a fresh, contemporary atmosphere. Then settle into Sunset Bar for handcrafted cocktails, live music and cool Caribbean breezes—the perfect way to end the day.

The menus across Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & The Westerly bring together international favorites and signature Aruban creations rooted in our heritage. Start your day at Laguna with fluffy eggs, sweet açai bowls, or a hearty breakfast served with fresh coffee and juices. For lunch, enjoy a leisurely meal at Shore Club or opt for something quick and casual at Oscar’s Market or The Other Side Market. Beach Bites brings easygoing favorites right to the shore, perfect for enjoying poolside or by the sea.
When evening arrives, Sunset Grille offers more than premium steaks, with seafood specialties such as pan-roasted seabass with ratatouille alongside signature cuts including an 8 oz. filet and 22 oz. prime bone-in ribeye. Save room for dessert, too—tableside flambéed Tiramisu and Baked Alaska add a touch of theater to the experience.
Throughout the resort, families will find options for every appetite, including a kids’ menu available through in-room dining, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free selections. With such a diverse range of dining experiences, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at Hilton Aruba.
Alcoholic Beverages
Refreshing alcoholic drinks are available across Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort. The classic Aruba Ariba—invented at our original bar—headlines our cocktail selection alongside the Manhattan-inspired Luna Preto and margarita-styled Tres Trapi. If you’re keen on wine, our new curated selection of over 150 bottles is one of the most extensive in Aruba and boasts rare vintages and distinguished varietals, each with its own complex aroma and flavor. Local and international beers are available, too. Daily Happy Hour runs from 3 pm to 5 pm at Miramar Garden with special pricing on select beverages. All alcoholic drinks are available to guests 18 and over, with beachfront and poolside service daily. There are also local beers and wines available to go at Oscar’s Market in the lobby.
